We have tested all the major couriers services in the UK and have found Royal Mail to be undoubtably the best and most reliable service.

The Tracked services they provide allows for end to end tracking of parcels and with delivery evidence to ensure the parcel arrived in the same condition it was sent.

We use Royal Mail Track48 as a paid for shipping service on all orders under £35. However placing an order above £35 will secure free Track48 shipping to the UK Mainland.

Customers are also able to opt in to a subsidized Track24 Shipping option that aims to deliver parcels next working day.

Track24 offers faster deliveries when needed. On average the delivery's are next working day and includes weekend deliveries in some areas.

Track 24 can be selected on orders under £35 and as an subsidized upgrade to any order above £35.

Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and unopened or unused.

The returns can be initiated by contacting customer service and raising the request. Items must be returned to:

* Please note that returns are done so at customers discretion. We will be more than happy to assist with refunds, however Crystallized Nectar will not be responsible for the return costs of unwanted products or goods.

We stand by our brands and will honour their warranties for any product purchased through Crystallized Nectar.

DOA (Dead on arrival)
In the event that the item is classed as DOA or damaged, then please email us with a short description and images to help identify the issue. We will arrange for the device to be collected and a replacement or refund issued as per request.

Please contact us as soon as you identify an issue with your parcel. Our claims process requires images of each side of the outer packaging. In addition, we will require a short description relating to the parcel and any other information you might think could assist in a speedy claims process.

14 Days Policy
If your product has failed within 14days of purchase then Crystallized Nectar will arrange a collection of the product and issue a replacement or refund as per requests.

If your device is in warranty and have passed the 14days then products will need to be returned to Crystallized Nectar at the cost of the customer, however the replacement shipping will be covered by Crystallized Nectar and Track48 will be used.

Please be advised that all returns to Crystallized Nectar must have sufficient postage applied. Failure to do so will result in a postage fee deducted from your refund amount. To ensure a smooth return process, kindly ensure that your return package is properly addressed and has adequate postage. Thank you for your cooperation.
