Stundenglass Competition
The competition will run from August 10th, 2023, starting at 00:00 BST, and will end on August 31st, 2023, at 23:59 BST.
For Tier 2 and Tier 3 entries, participants must ensure that their orders are paid in full by the time the competition closes on August 31st, 2023, at 23:59 BST. Any incomplete or unpaid orders will not be eligible for entry into the competition and will be considered void.
To be eligible to participate in the competition, entrants must be at least 18 years old and residents of a country where the competition is legally permitted.
There are three tiers of prizes in this competition:
Tier 1: Subscribing to the Crystallized Nectar newsletter will enter participants for a chance to win a TYSON 2.0 X G PEN DASH VAPORIZER.
Tier 2: Subscribing and making a purchase of £75 or more will enter participants for a chance to win either a TYSON 2.0 X G PEN DASH VAPORIZER or a G PEN ROAM - PORTABLE E-RIG VAPORIZER (Options available).
Tier 3: Subscribing and making a purchase of £150 or more will enter participants for a chance to win either a TYSON 2.0 X STÜNDENGLASS GRAVITY INFUSER or a TYSON 2.0 X G PEN DASH VAPORIZER.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or any other alternatives.
To prevent multiple entries through splitting orders, participants are allowed only one entry per tier, regardless of the number of transactions made. If a participant places multiple orders to attempt multiple entries in the same tier, only their first order for that tier will be considered valid, and any subsequent orders for the same tier will be disregarded. The competition organizers reserve the right to verify compliance with this clause and disqualify any participants found to be in violation of this rule.
The selection of prize winners will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
If an entrant has not completed the subscription process, they will not be eligible for entry into the competition.

For participants who qualify for Tier 2 or Tier 3 entries by making a purchase, in the event that they are selected as winners, they are not eligible to return the purchased item(s) solely for the purpose of relinquishing their purchase and keeping their eligibility for the competition prize. Should a participant wish to return the item(s) they purchased to enter the competition after being selected as a winner, they will be required to take one of the following actions:
a. Return the prize they have won in its original condition, unopened and undamaged, within 14 days of being notified as a winner. Upon receiving the returned prize in satisfactory condition, the participant will be eligible to initiate the return of the purchased item(s) and receive a refund in accordance with the company's standard return policy.
b. If a participant chooses to keep the prize they have won and still wishes to return the purchased item(s) used to enter the competition, they must pay the full retail price of the prize won. This payment will be deducted from the refund amount issued for the returned item(s).
